1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

phbest supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosks), Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether stablecoin). phbest reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the phbest cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phbest wallet in real time under normal conditions. phbest does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

USDT transactions may be subject to blockchain network fees.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. phbest reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

phbest offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All phbest promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the phbest Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game. For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and pit supervisor are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
